Travel Service Agreement

This Travel Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between G-Fash Travels, a duly registered travel and tour agency under the laws of the Republic of Ghana, with its registered office at East Legon Adjringano Container Bus Stop (“the Agency”), and any individual or entity (“the Client”) requesting travel-related services through this website or other official communication channels. By engaging our services, making payment, or checking the acceptance box during checkout, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

01 - Purpose of the Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which G-Fash Travels provides travel-related services to clients.

02 - Scope of Services

The Agency may, upon request, arrange one or more of the following services: airline ticket booking and issuance; hotel accommodation reservations; visa advisory and assistance; travel insurance arrangement; airport transfers and ground transportation; tour packages and holiday planning. All services are subject to availability and third-party supplier terms.

03 - Role of the Agency

G-Fash Travels acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, embassies, insurance companies, tour operators). The Agency does not own, manage, or control these providers and cannot guarantee their performance or decisions.

04 - Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete and truthful information; ensure passport validity (min. six months unless stated); obtain required visas, vaccinations and travel documents; and comply with airline, immigration and destination regulations. The Agency is not liable for errors or losses from incorrect client information.

05 - Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required to confirm services. Prices may change due to fare rules, exchange rates, fuel surcharges or supplier policies. Tickets and documents are released only after full payment is received.

06 - Changes & Cancellations

All change or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Additional charges may apply per supplier policies. The Agency may charge non-refundable administrative fees where applicable.

07 - Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the Agency's Refund & Cancellation Policy and third-party supplier terms. Agency service fees are strictly non-refundable.

08 - Liability & Disclaimer

The Agency shall not be liable for visa refusals or delays, flight disruptions, loss of baggage, personal injury, illness, death, acts of God, pandemics, strikes, adverse weather, or government actions.

09 - Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, epidemics, or government restrictions.

10 - Data Protection

The Agency processes personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana. For details see our Privacy Policy.

11 - Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Parties should attempt amicable resolution before referring disputes to Ghanaian courts.

12 - Acceptance

By using our services, making payment, or ticking the acceptance box, the Client confirms full understanding and acceptance of this Agreement.
